Jacke and Cheryl are uniquely positioned to answer your questions about home, land acquisition or new construction in cooperation with any of the local regulatory agencies including the Tahoe Regional Agency (TRPA), county and city organizations. We are in constant contact with representatives from local, regional and federal government agencies in both California and Nevada. Jacke and Cheryl have been part-time Lake Tahoe residents and property owners since the 1970's. Before permanently relocating to Lake Tahoe, Jacke and Cheryl worked in successful careers in the media. Cheryl’s professional career includes working for major media corporations such as the Los Angeles Times, ESPN, ABC, NBC, CBS and Fox where she was employed in broadcast TV; commercial and corporate video as a Producer and Director for over ten years. Prior to moving to Lake Tahoe, Cheryl spent six years with the Los Angeles Times in electronic imaging, computer graphics and systems support. Jacke was a member of the Los Angeles Times Photo Department, for over sixteen years, serving as Photo Department Manager before his move to Lake Tahoe. During their tenure with the Los Angeles Times both were members of Pulitzer Prize winning teams.
